Yes. So thank you so much. So why Meatless Mondays? Well, Meatless Mondays is not only good for our health, extremely good for our health, but it's also good for the environment and something that this Mayor has put forward as a priority. And so with the help of City Council, we have been able to bring this campaign to various sectors. We've been able to bring this campaign to restaurants. So we have worked with many restaurants to promote Meatless Mondays and have them promote Meatless Mondays to their patrons.
We have had success in the School District. We bring dozens of letters to the School District Reform Committee every School District meeting, and we have gathered thousands of signatures throughout the school system, including Edison, Frankford, South Philly, and many, many more.
We have worked to distribute recipes to communities all over Philadelphia so that it's accessible to the entire community. And we're working with the School District, the Division of Dining Services to implement Meatless Mondays in their cafeterias. That way, our students will start their week in a healthy fashion.
And so with all of these signatures and letters, we're going to the School Board tonight for their School Reform Commission meeting, and we're beyond thrilled. We're beyond thrilled that this initiative has taken off the ground and that more and more businesses in Philadelphia and residents in Philadelphia have enacted it, enacted it in their own lives as well as policies.
And so part of the platform that City Council has given us is the ability to make lasting connections with restaurants and with school districts and with businesses, and one of those businesses, which is here today, is Real Food Works, and someone is going to briefly talk about Real Food Works and the benefits of a plant-based diet.
